It's easy to say, "oops, I made a mistake...take me back". The real test of faith is whether you stay through the storm and come out the other side with your faith intact.
But you are supposing that their choice is "Orthodox". For me, and 95% of Orthodoxy, it is not. It was, and will continue to be, schismatic.
Are we supposed to support that? And not remind them of their mistake and ask them to repent and return to the Church.
We would be remiss in not doing that. The HEALING they need is IN the Church. Not outside of it.
