oy! oy! oy! :ohvey:
These are wax-work dummies? Perhaps Madonna is not an exhibit there, or she did not give permission for her effigy to be so used?
Interestingly or not, some 'church' spokespersons (did I get that gender neutral noun right?) did not rush into condemnation and appeared to feel at least the 'Nativity scene' put the real meaning of Christmas back in the public eye.
Personally, I find Mr and Mrs Beckham exceedingly tedious and the so-called 'Nativity scene' an unwanted and grossly disrespectful parody. Just my two pence worth..........
schultz,
I was just about to say the same thing...
They also might not have a choice about how their images are displayed there, or the museum probably doesn't need the permission to set it up. After all, the Beckhams are well know public figures, and Mme. Tussaud's probably wanted the publicity. Forgive them, they know not what they do.
