Good ! Are there really any reliably organic restaurants around in the U.S. ?
Myself, I wouldn't trust any, really, in terms of normal american food.
However, some ethnic cuisine, I don't feel so suspicious of. For example, Indian. The wonderful breads are all
made by hand from real flour. No one ever heard of GMO food in these "Taj Mahal Palaces" or similar names.
Decades ago, I decided to limit my intake of food outside my house to Indian and similar restaurants.
I had a bad feeling about the standard American fare, even at so-called healthy restaurants. Something always felt
like the food was not to be trusted.
So - what about TODAY, then ? I just hope that some of us who are able will start making nicer meals at home rather
than 'going out to eat'. That latter could be one of the biggest traps of our day to day lives, leading to many health complications that are entirely unnecessary. Convenience has to hit the bottom of the list and warm, cozy, homemade meals the top - and stay there !
