This is actually one of the Sundays after Pascha (in Russia we have Cross-bearing processions around the church building every Sunday from Pascha before Pentacostia and every day on the Bright Week). But it looks the same as on your video except fro dresses.
On Theophany most of Russia is usually in snow and ice.

The road out the front of my house melted. I had to scrape it off my shoes.
