Brother, If you are left without arguments it is better to remain silent and don't accuse the Holy Synod and the Metropolitans for lying and that they are misleading orthodox souls through their encyclical. This is worthy for epitimion and maybe you are the one who must be anathematised (according to your logic). Be more careful next time! The ecclesiastical matters are not for silly-playing and for chatting in a forum while drinking coffee!

OK, but I only repeated what Arb said, I know the situation here in Serbia and in the tekst stands something that cannot be mached with this situation neither with facts on the field, i won't be sileant, i didn't mean to diminish Holly Synod of GOX but I wasn't lying Ekklisiastikos.

Are you maybe coming my dear brother?

Are not you ashamed. Who gave you the right to declare some one of the Serbian TOC schismatic because he not comply with uncanonical usurpation of church authorities of Serbian Church by the GOC of Greece? And even worse that posting pictures of the Serbian Church faithful children with such comments. Shame brother Kosta!

First: No we are not ashamed at all to call you so! The Holy Synod, the CHURCH gave us the right in order to distinguish you from the rest who remained into the canonical order. The same Synod! Your lawful Synod! The same Synod you chose to be under back in the 90's. The one which elevated you to holy priesthood (without taking the permission of anyone, as if they needed), the one which denied you the right to be consecrated a bishop, the one you voluntarily left and the one you are disobedient to!

Second: We are not obliged to follow you to your juristictional shopping according to your wish. More over we are not obliged to accept your "internetical"-virtual Autocephalus team consisted of three priests, as the Canonic Autocaphalous Orthodox Church of Serbia which according to Holy Canons is called fatria and parasynagogue. Who can guarantee to the Serbian faithful that your flip-floping among different synods and ecclesiastical authorites will stop here..

Third: It is time to ask yourselves with whose permission you call yourselves Church, who gave you the right to proceed to a schism and at the bottom line to whom fr. Akakios (you) is obedient to. Don't be amazed if your spiritual children in the near future act without your blessing. This is what you taught them with your example.

Forth: So, don't put the blame on us. We are obedient to our lawful authority, the Holy Synod of Bishops.

It is true that when we look at their faces, we see the future of the Orthodox Serbia! Apparently we can't say the same when we are looking yours..! fr. Akakios' (your) ordination should have been encountered as a hope for the future of the TOC of Serbia, if it was made through canonical procedures for which you didn't have the virtue of patience to wait for them. You took the responsibility of their souls, not us..

We are not happy with all this mess you caused. If you are not satisfied too, with this situation, you know the way to correct it. It's never too late.

P.S. In Ekklisiastikos' committee we have three Kostas..and the one who post it is not named after like that..neither the one of this post..

I don't like the way you continually accuse Fr Akakije of lust for power. Even our Met Paul does not accuse him of this. Isn't it possible he is simply misguided, and wanted to do the right thing, i.e. give the STOC a bishop, by the wrong means, i.e. by seeking consecration without the permission of his Synod?

These kinds of character assassinations come dangerously close to violating our forum rules that forbid personal attacks. I think if you continue to follow this line of argument you will be banned.

Jgress,

I would invoke the ArchBishop's letter and statement #7 for my defense.
Also the Holy synods 3rd to last paragraph, regarding the Aug 3 meeting.

Let's hope and pray that your views of fr Akakios are true, I would not mind being wrong and would actually welcome it if it meant a neat and proper ending to all this.
Any future comments will be avoided/critiqued as to the forums protocol. Sorry for the trouble and thank You for the support.

I don't see any reference to Fr Akakije's lust for power in either document. You are reading that into what they say. Met Paul expressed his concern that Fr Akakije's action might suggest lust to power to others, but he doesn't make the accusation himself.

Is this another letter from Ekklisiastikos and his ''friend'', with signatures of all Bishops of GTOC?

Their writings signed by bishop Pavlos, was the same :D , nothing changed!

I think his accusations and anger has its own style, no matter who signed them down bellow.

Interesting. Do you brother dream Bishop Akakios? I told you that the Bishop Akakije is located on the mountain and that there is no internet. Sorry. Second, we are believers and faithful children of the Serbian Church and the help we received from the GOC of Greece we will never accept as a canonical church government of Serbian Church. For your pretensions we are not interested. We are from the start struggle for the interests of the Serbian Orthodox Church and that work we continues with canonical successor of once famous ROCOR - RTOC. In Serbia, for the Greek Oldcalendarists no one knows, and if knows, only knows for many mutual schisms…

The tragedy is, that those shameless people like Ekklisiastikos, wrote open letters to everybody, with the signatures of all bishops of GTOC.

Great fall of GTOC clergy, by accusing the Truth and his servants and friends for schism , they are accusing God the Truth Himself!

Punishment is already declared in the Heavens, we will wait on whom it will first come down.

Lord have mercy on them!
