It is obvious that I have upset too many people on this forum. I thank those who have shared with me a Christian welcome, warmth and words of wisdom. Now I take my leave of this august forum, wishing all the best which is yet to come. I am firm in my resolve to begin my journey with the Russian Orthodox Church for she has so graciously welcomed me as a seeker of the Divine and True Mysteries. No human can stand between me and the Kingdom of The Almighty Triune God.

I too might cause trouble for saying this, but honestly this has all been a bit of a "storm in a tea cup" and if you are going to be around Russians you are going to learn fast not to be so sensitive- I dont think you have upset anyone. You certainly havent come close to upsetting me. If I have upset please forgive.

Theophan is right in he post, the people (the Russian ones particularly) in Orthodoxy are usually a little temperamental. You have not upset me an if I have upset you please forgive me.

You're realization of the Orthodox truth is a delight to hear. It would be interesting to know what aspect of Orthodoxy peaked your interest in comparison to your former Lutherian beliefs.

BTW. Why did you chose the name Tikhon?
