Curiously, even ChristianForums seems down (no comment). Fall server cleaning run amok!

In changing to a new host is the domain name also being changed? When the site reopens perhaps Anastasios or someone could post here letting us know.

No, the domain name is not changing. The issue is that the second host company did not type the domain in right so they could not process it, were on vacation Sun and Mon for Labor Day, etc. I made contact and they submitted the DNS server info which is why you get a gateway timeout instead of blank nothingness. I will let you know as soon as it is up.

It sounds like it should be up no later than the great feast/fast day of 29 August/11 September, Beheading of Saint John the Forerunner. Sometimes these things take longer than people plan, this time about 10 days instead of the planned 3.

It was up briefly today but we discovered a new error, so it was shut down again. It will be up really soon--we have everything in place.

I keep hoping everyday that OC.net comes back up. I even added it to my bedtime devotions during small compline!:)
