I really have no idea how much it costs to ship overseas, so I didn't want to put one price for shipping and then find out that it costed like 3x as much as I had put, possibly meaning I was going to lose money on selling an item.

Dear in Christ, Justin,
You're both in my prayers. Let me know if I've sent enough for shipping. Ebay has been a real eye-opener for me. I was horrified to see the active trade in relics of Saints- simony by internet.
I was looking for a copy of a book about St. Barbara in english for my daughter, and came accross this:
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... RK:MEWA:IT
What do people hope to gain by buying and selling holy relics? Do they think that Divine Grace is for sale? I checked the ebay rules, and the selling of human body parts is against them, so I emailed the admin, and just got the reply. Apparently the sellers are covered if they say that they are only selling the reliquary and giving the relic as a gift! Lord have mercy on us!

:( Ack! What a thing to have done (regarding the relics).

I would like to thank everyone for their prayers and generosity! Mary returned home from the hospital yesterday, after being there over the weekend for observation. Her blood levels had gotten to the point where they were seriously fearing a possible blood clot (and stroke), so they admitted her. As always we have problems with paperwork for insurance, but then I guess dealing with insurance is never a very nice business :) Mary returns to work tomorrow night, and I am in the process of trying to get a PT job to cover for expenses until I can get back FT at Wal-Mart (though the prospect of a guy with a bad back--who might need surgery--and who might be going back to his old job soon isn't exactly attractive to would-be employers! :) ). Please continue to pray for us

I had an MRI done and they said I have spinal stenosis, which means I can maybe, hopefully, get things fixed without surgery and maybe back to work soon (maybe not FT, or maybe not the same job right off the bat, but back nonetheless). I would like to thank everyone again for their prayers, and support in other ways during this time. It is times like this that totally humble me by reminding me how easy I really do have it here on earth, but only because God is gracious, and so are His people.

Milla,

Well... health wise she is good. Trying to adjust again to normal life has not been as easy. She has a Doctor's appointment this Monday, and she is having a pediatric cardiologist do an ultra-sound and some other tests the following Monday, and that should give us a good idea as to how her and the babie's health is. She was in the E.R. twice this past week, but they were essentially false alarms. :) Thank you very much for your prayers. And Mary says thank you again very much!

I'm so sorry to hear about your tribulations, Brother. I was in a similar spot (financially anyway) ten years ago, when my daughter was on the way. I'll say a prayer rope for you.
