Yes, we receive communion. We do not believe that it is Christ before the transmutation, but after the transmutation, do not admit of two substances, Christ and bread, but only Christ Who has changed the bread into Himself. This is unlike the heretical belief which says that in the communion, there is both Christ and bread. Thank you for your question.
