I have heard this statement before and I think Lounger is understanding dialogue with the definition of "an exchange of ideas or opinions: achieving constructive dialogue with all political elements." In other words to bend to appease all.

Frankly, I don't see how your second sentence glosses ...

The Orthodox Church is the Church, period.

I don't know any Orthodox who doesn't believe this. Even in the so-called "ecumenist churches".

The only time we need to be concerning ourselves with members of other religions is when we are evangelizing them.

I take part in many conversations on many boards on the web, some specifically Orthodox, and some more "ecumenical."

Why is it the Orthodox boards are the ones with the least grace and light and christ-like-ness?

It is a very sad thing.

How sad that the OP starts with "MP marries homosexual couple" as if a Patriarchate marries anybody. More mud-slinging. Who would have expected it?

Having just finished de Segur's Napolean's Invasion of Russia (or whatever the exact title is), I'm now reading The Body and the Blood which is an (all too sad) account of the dwindling population of Christians in the middle east. Lord, have mercy!
