Forgive my late response. I changed over my password and lost my account for a few days.

Thank you all for your prayers. I have a constant problem with a bulging disk in my neck which is pinching a nerve that causes intense pain in my head and neck along with pain and weakness in my right arm. It's no fun. I can hurt myself any time I do something mundane like stretching in bed, turning my head, reaching for something, washing my hair, you name it. It just gets worse and worse every time I set it off. Every time the pain and affected area is larger. I rarely go more than two months without re-injuring it.

Has this been going on for years, Fr Photios, or one year ? You say you rarely go more than a couple of months without
reaggravating the very painful problem.

Would Arnica Oil rubbed well in to the entire neck especially around this bone/disc problem help relieve the pain ?

Sorry that you were out in the cold, so to speak, from the Forum, or we would have given more support.

That sounds just terrible. Any pinched nerve just kills...What about a massage therapist specially trained for this type of important work ?
I heard that's really the only way to get rid of any pinched nerve. Of course, the person who told me was herself a massage therapist !
But she knew from her own experience. Seems true.
