SO MANY PEOPLE have problems these days with sleep.
I glanced at this article which gives other ideas, not sensational.
This is the only rather new suggestion to create a better sleep pattern.
In case it helps, it's worth a try.
Organic Cherry Juice would be preferable.
Also separated in time from dinner, which if it contains protein, will not digest well if mixed with the fruit juice.
Ideal to take it in morning, actually.
