There are even proxy servers if you want to be really anonymous.

Are not some of these proxy servers in China and Russia?
With so many hackers in China, Russia, India, and Pakistan, I would think that these proxy servers could be criminal.

I'm sure many are overseas. I have personally never used one. However, I remember listening to the radio and they were interviewing the founder of a new search engine like Google that is completely anonymous and that does not track your internet activity. He said that there is a very good anonymous proxy server that you can use which is in the USA. I never bothered to save the info though.
