Yes, I was also quite surprised to see that. It is amazing what technology is doing for people these days. Perhaps the video was made by someone who is deaf or blind... so even the handicapped are able to make good use and be contributors to the web.

The person could have lost the ability to speak or could be deaf too, as a lot of deaf people have not learned how to speak but prefer to use sign language.
