This is an excellent video, though a bit dated, and it is worth watching because it shows places and building contractors who prove that the rich of America are building underground as fast as they can:

Here is a short clip with visual proof that the Government Preps Underground cities from one of the longer videos if you don't want to sit through the entirety of the first one. (It is from 2010, so ignore the "2012" timeline in the video. That is not important but they are preparing for some serious cataclysm in the near future).
