I just heard some disturbing news. A very sweet nun at St. Mark of Ephesus Church in Montreal Quebec was struck by a car and is in a coma. Please pray for Sister Salome. They don't know how much time she has.

Pray for Adelphi Salome
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. (Ps. 50)
Re: Pray for Adelphi Salome
Lord have mercy, indeed! Most Holy Theotokos, intercede for Mother Salome.
Re: Pray for Adelphi Salome
How sad ! Is there any news by now of her state ?
When someone is in a coma, it is possible to help bring them out of it
amazingly by having someone [nurse/ nuns] rub
TEA TREE OIL on the SOLES of their FEET.
Also, their feet MUST be kept WARM, not allowed to chill.
Essential !
It seems to work actually, despite how simple this sounds.
A similar story occurred in a country with bad roads to someone I know
and this remedy was applied. The person was badly in a coma
and did finally wake up ! Emotionally confused, however, which is an
altogether different kind of problem, not so easily fixed.
Please let us know if you happen to hear any more.

I have never heard of such a remedy. It is so simple, if it works then why are they not using it in hospitals?

We have gone offtopic. Perhaps jgress can split this section off.
Anyway, hospitals are into pushing drugs. Tea tree oil is not very expensive and is not on the pharmaceutical list of approved drugs. If one were to use it on a patient, it would have to be applied by a close relative probably without hospital staff knowledge or approval.
Let us continue to pray for this nun that she may be saved.
Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me a sinner.
