 The Hierarchical Synod of the Russian True Orthodox Church, having listened to the reports of the representatives of the Serbian True Orthodox Church, Hieroschemamonk Acacius (Stankevich) and Reader Urosh Manchich, after a detailed study and discussion of the history of the Local Serbian Church and the contemporary situation of the Serbian TOC:

Expressed the judgement:

• With the fall of the episcopate of the Serbian Church from Orthodoxy into sergianism and ecumenism, and the loss, as a result of this, by the true Serbian Church, of its lawful and canonical episcopate, the Local Serbian Church has not lost its autocephaly.
• The Russian True Orthodox Church recognizes unconditionally the right of the Serbian True Orthodox Church to autocephaly, insofar as the Serbian TOC is the canonically lawful heir of the Local Serbian Church.
• As in its time the Russian Orthodox Church Abroad gave brotherly help to the True Orthodox Church of Greece in the re-establishment of a canonical episcopate, so now the Russian True Orthodox Church, taking into account the difficult situation of the Local Serbian Church, is ready to give brotherly help to the Serbian True Orthodox Church, after the resolution by the Serbian Church of its administrative relations with the Sacred Hierarchical Synod of the True Orthodox Church of Greece, under whose temporary administrative direction the Serbian TOC now resides.

One prays that this will do nothing negative to the diverse relations among the various Genuine Orthodox jurisdictions which avoid Sergianism and Ecumenism. On the contrary one prays that this will provide another legitimate option for those tradition minded Orthodox Christians seeking association with stable prayerful True Orthodox communities. May the Lord aid those seeking refuge from the decline of World Orthodoxy into ecumenism, Sergianism and other folly.
