I am a former Anglican bishop, now retired for health issues, seriously journeying towards Orthodoxy. I had several negative encounters with "mainstream Orthodox" many years ago which caused my wife and me much pain and disillusion. I have recently learned of the existence of the True Orthodox Church and have slowly begun to resume my journey. I would appreciate your prayers for God's guidance for an entrance into the Church.

Great move . Any specific impressions or things that could edify us?
If not, that's OK, hope we will make you feel welcome.
Go right ahead and ask anything about which you may be wondering, don't feel anything is too stupid.
Qualified people here will try their best to help you to make a smooth transition.

Re: prayer for an inquirer
Dear inquirer (and family, if applies):
Let not mainstream or traditionalist Orthodox clergyman or layman deter you from the Truth.
The road will be arduous and narrow, but the reward is great and plenteous.
I pray to and ask Our Lord, His Holy Mother, the Bodiless Powers and all the Saints, to help you and guide you now and in the future, so you and your family will not only encounter the Truth, but will be participants of the mysteries and joys of the life in the Church of Christ.
