There are very few updates on the site. Emails are not replied to. In the very beginning, the site had constant updates. Now "promised" items that were supposed to be up a long time ago have never been put on the site. Anyone know what is going on with the site?

It is still there. Have you read everything on the site already? 
First of all most of the slow-down, and perhaps the lack of e-mail replies, has taken place during Great Lent. The site owner also has many projects going on all at once including his work on publishing several books.
Don't worry, God willing, there will be more material translated and articles written.
