Would someone know a recipie for kourambiethes. The are filled with jam inside but have no egg or butter?

Angela,

You must have a different version. These almond cookies are usually made for Christmas. An whole clove is put on top to symbolize the spices the three Wise Men brought....so I've heard.

They're always made with eggs and cream and are round almond cookies.
