EP concelebrating with Rome

I have seen on various sites that the EP has concelebrated with the Pope, and that the Patriarch of Antioch has concelebrated with a Jacobite bishop. Can someone give specific dates that this happened and some proof? Thanks.

The documents for communion and concelebration of the Antiochians and Monophysites are somewhere on this forum, but sadly the search function here is not working correctly. OrthodoxInfo.com may still have them in a serachable format however.

There is also info at another site that may be helpful. Their information is often flawed, so as long as you ignore the spin and opinions, and just look at the facts and pictures, it should be okay to use as a source.
