Dominic-
If the Third Secret of Fatima really states that Mary is God then where exactly in that document does it say this?
And if this is truly a teaching of the Roman Catholic Church then it must be a very basic and important dogma for all the faithful to know. Now if the Fatima visions are supposed to have occurred in 1917 then why is there no mention of this revelation of Mary being God in the Catechism of the Catholic Church which was published in 1992 and meant to be an exhaustive summary of all the teachings of the Roman Church?
Have any of your Popes declared it to be a dogma?
It sounds as if either you have misunderstood the teachings of your church or you are a member of some schismatic group within/outside of it..........
If you want to be a Roman Catholic then stick to your Catechism; if you want to follow your own interpretation of things then become a Protestant; and if you want to belong to the Church of the Apostles then come home to the Holy Orthodox Catholic Church to which we belong.

God Bless You,
David

Good Day My Brother,

I came to know of the Third Secret of Our Lady of Fatima NOT through my own efforts. I am not an expert of the History of Fatima so just in case you really want to know more I would suggest you surf Father Nicholas Gruner's site, www.Fatima.org.

It was only recently that I started reading books about The Miracle at Fatima because I had to answer questions regarding my postings at various web sites including at my own site.

What I can tell you is this, The Most Holy Trinity ordered that the Third Secret be revealed near 1960 but not later than that date so that it will
be in time with the Second Vatican Council. The Most Holy Trinity, demands of us the Catholic Church to proclaim and declare the Final Dogma of Mary as God prior to the Second Coming of Our Lord and God Jesus Christ. The Second Vatican Council would have been God's instrument for Achieving the Final Dogma of the Holy Mother Church.
