I know from my reading that if one is baptized in the OCA,
some ROCOR parishes will accept it as a valid baptism,
and some won't. I believe that there are other factions
of Orthodoxy that don't recognize ROCOR baptisms as
valid, either.
Is there a list of some sort showing which Orthodox communities
have a reciprocal baptism agreements with the other fractions of
Orthodoxy? Is there a universally accepted baptism, that is
recogized by all?
