Bishop repented

Post by Nikodemus »

My wife who is russian from Lithuania informed me of their bishop Chrysostomos who actually made an official declaration after the fall of communism, saying to all: Forgive me, I was an KGB agent!!! I wish more ex soviet Bishops, even the Patriarch himself, could go out officially and make a similar act of confession. Bishop Chrysostomos is unfortunately in communion with other KGB agent Bishops, sergianismts and Balamand confessors. If ROCOR (L) joins MP before the other Bishops have repented, this will show that repentance is not necessary.

Again I ask forgiveness for my poor english (I think that most swedes speak better than me)

Exact science must presently fall upon its own keen sword...from Skepsis there is a path to "second religiousness," which is the sequel and not the preface of the Culture.

Yes, I agree completely. The main objection most of us opposed to a speedy union of the ROCOR and MP is precisely this: it precludes the repentance of the MP.

Well, John Paul II has repented the sins that the Roman Catholic Church does in the past. That is, to say the Roman Catholics repented their last actions, it is not bad, but they didn't regret their heresy.

I wish all of you a good Holy Week
