I thought ROCOR was in communion with the FROC?

They used to be, but then almost all of the FROC became ROAC and they seperated from the ROCOR over communion with the TOC, JP and Serbian Orthodox Churches. I believe we still have 2 or 3 parishes in Russia, as do ROCiE but most of them are ROAC.
