SCOBA = Standing Conference of [Canonical] Orthodox Bishops in America
SCOOBA = Standing Conference of Oriental Orthodox Bishops in America

They are organizations that are "pan-Orthodox," so to speak. In SCOBA, for example, representatives from the OCA, GOA, Antiochians, etc. get together and talk. FWIW, ROCOR was offered a chance to participate, but declined (I wonder if that will change soon?). I've read that the ROCOR Dioceses in Europe do already participate, though, and have for some time.

SCOOCH is the Standing Conference of Oriental Orthodox Churches

Please note that I do not subscribe to "Old Calendar Ecumenism" and believe that only the Synod of Archbishop Kallinikos is the canonical GOC of Greece. I do believe, however, that we can break down barriers and misunderstandings through prayer and discussion on forums such as this one.

One of them is the Canonical anti-canonicals, as opposed the anti-canonical canonicals. According to the latter this would make the second group the Heretical non-canonicals. At least it made sense when I first thought of it... (Must remember to take more water with it).
