Question about St. Irene the Great Martyr...

Does anyone know of differing traditions as to what happened to the Holy Relics of St. Irene the Great Martyr? The Prologue From Ochrid says that her Relics disappeared not long after her repose. I have known the Prologue to contain some inacuracies.

It could have been lost, but if I am correct there is a small portion of her holy relics in Thessalonica. (her home no?)
