Prosphora

Recently I was taught how to bake prosphora and am just starting out on baking on my own (!). The way I was taught was to pray before commencing from "Holy God" to the "Our Father", "Saint Euphrosynos Intercede for us", and then "Most Holy Theotokos Save us." Then throughout the entire process to pray the Jesus Prayer. From what I understand there are different methods, including saying various psalms, praying over each ingridient mixed in, adding holy water etc. Could some of the other prosphora bakers please share what they do to bake their prosphora? Thanks :)
