In this age of internet fora and the proliferation of various opinions, sound and unsound, to be had for the asking, it is often truly disturbing to come across posts that not only reveal that the poster has many serious misconceptions, but may mislead others, as well. For instance, on another forum, one of our members posted that he thought "...most Orthodox bishops and monks are probably homosexual (but hopefully no practicing)" 
Please pray for him, that he may repent of such a base, slanderous statement, and that his heart comes to understand that monasticism in Orthodoxy is a denial of self, and that his foolish, ill-chosen words spoken in ignorance may have the power to scandalize others, and lead them away from the Church.
