I will try to scan in the Cyprian group's comments on St Alexis of Wilkes-Barre tomorrow.

Please note that I do not subscribe to "Old Calendar Ecumenism" and believe that only the Synod of Archbishop Kallinikos is the canonical GOC of Greece. I do believe, however, that we can break down barriers and misunderstandings through prayer and discussion on forums such as this one.

Archbishop Chrysostomos of Etna and his publication Orthodox Tradition came out against the glorification of St Alexis due to its political nature and several other reasons. They were not opposed to St Alexis but to the glorification process as handled by the OCA.

There are a number of links on this page to information on Fr. Alexis Toth. I've not been able to locate copies of the two books mentioned, though perhaps a good Orthodox library (like at a seminary) would have copies. My wife and I, at one point, had something of a fervent devotion towards Fr. Alexis, though it sort of waned as questions arose in our own mind as to the propriety of venerating him as a saint when we had doubts and questions. Speaking personally, I would very much like to think of Alexis Toth as a Saint since I followed not a totally different path than he (former Catholic, convert, American, Pennsylvania, etc.), but obviously those reasons have nothig to do with whether Alexis was in fact a saint.
