Lord have mercy. They are becoming entirely estranged from Christ in Greece.

In large part this is due to the EU and all of its "rights" and "privileges" that it requires its member states to recognize. If Greece chose to uphold the traditional teaching of the Church, they would be heavily sanctioned. Of course considering the load of debt that the EU holds over Greece's head, getting out of that mess would be all for the better. All of EU Europe has acquiesced to the abandonment of traditional Christian morals and standards in the name of a One World government.

I think there is a verse in proverbs that says, "The borrower is the lender's slave."
Greece cannot do what it would because they have sold their moral and religious freedom for easy money. I pray God helps Greece to be free of debt.
