JP breaks communion with Antiochians

Post by Maria »

NFTU: Antioch had broken communion with the JP last year. You’d think that, well, of all the things to break communion over, let us say, ecumenism, modernism, etc, the one thing that would be least on the list was an argument over territory, but, not so, it is all about one thing with these guys, i.e., money. Believe whatever you want; have official communion agreements for years with heretics, joint prayer, etc, but, after 20 years, the one thing that upsets them is property. This is the real spirit of the false World ‘Orthodox’, i.e., worldly influence and not Orthodox Truth. So much for the ‘conservative’ Jerusalem Patriarchate.

Bottom line with New Calendarists is money.

How far has the Church of Jerusalem, the “Mother of Churches”, sunk and why is there this frantic effort to occupy the territory of a sister church?! Instead of practicing the words of the Apostle, “Who is weak, and I do not feel weak?” we find our brother practicing the following saying: “Who is weak and I do not devour him?” It is really a bitter farce, in the face of which words are useless. Whoever said, “Among the Orthodox, active love has become a dull tune,” was right. It is no wonder then, that the other religious communities have become a haven for those fleeing the hell of those who claim to be the “Mother of Churches”. You are truly a stranger and an outcast in Your own Church, O Lord!
