Icon Corners!
Here's our icon not-so-corner. To make excuses for the limited size of it...We bought the house (our first) 6/7 months ago and planned on fixing it up more (repainting, new curtains and so on)before really setting up the icon corner we waited. I'm the worst procrastinator and didn't do the painting and such so we decided to set up the icons to make the place feel like home. So this is it at the moment.
Here is a closer photo of the main icon.
Since these photos were taken we've added a vigil lamp set on the cabinet. The main icon will eventually go on the wall with a hang lamp and more icon set around it.

Since our mission was closed, I have converted my chapel in to a simple icon corner now, so I will post pictures of this in the next few days. Would anyone else like to either update us on how their's look now or if you never contributed to this thread, would you be willing to share your icon corner with us now?

My four (4) ikon kornerz
Here are my 4 icon corners:
My family icon corner where we do Reader's Services:
My living room icon corner made up of only hand painted icons:
My personal icon corner:
My daughter's personal icon corner:
Here's my icon corner. Still in the process of growing! I'm hoping to add more 8x10 icons to the sides, and eventually get some vigil lamps. Also trying to figure out how to fit in a censer somewhere in there.
And a side view. I gutted my closet so I could put it in there - gives it a nice chapel-feel.
Close up of one of my favorite icons on one of the shelves.
Anyways, there it is!
Oh my, bryan! I'm jealous.
You've done a sterling job of that.
Mine is here:
and here:
Moving outwards to the left from the centre Rood, there is Holy Wisdom with Faith, Hope, and Charity; then Our Lady the Healer; and then St Basil the Great. To the right of the Rood is the Transfiguration of Our Lord, and Christ of the Isles, in which He is encircled by Ss David, Andrew, Patrick and Eadmund. Beneath the Christ of the Isles icon is are the Last Supper and St Seraphim of Sarov, and in the centre is St Michael of the Bodiless Hosts. On the right wall are St Andrew the Apostle, St Benedict of Nursia, and the Mystical icon of the Church as the Ark of Salvation.
