You go too far. Perhaps "misguided" would be a better term?

You only know what you have read. And probably from only those sources that already had formed an opinion. None of us are perfect and he held a very difficult poistion.

romiosini,

I will take all of this as a confirmation that you cannot name which of our priests said Nicholas Planas was actually a demon?

romiosini,

I understand. But anyone who writes or otherwise communicates, whether it be a book, a post, or a phone conversation, must reply on trust, reputation, or cited resource material when making statements of fact. Trust and reputation is earned, and since I don't know you, all I have is to ask for some/any kind of verifiable fact to back up your claim.

And since I have seen heaps of one-liners from ecumenists, including one monk who recently was able to sqeeze in a stupid remark about zealots in an otherwise perfectly good sentence, I am rather eager to start requiring some substance to all these disparaging and useless remarks.

So please, if you want to make a claim about our priests saying another human being is actually a demon (not demon-possesed, but actually a demon) I think you should at least be able to state the name of the priests that said this; a resonable request I think.
