I just found out that my high school aerobics instructor died after running a marathon. She was only 29. Her name is Rachel. She might be a Christian, but she's not Orthodox.

I will pray for Rachel. What exactly was the cause of death? I ran a marathon and plan to do another one, so this hits close to home.

They don't know yet. It was rather warm that day (in Chicago), and there were a few cases of heat stroke. She just collapsed right after she finished the race.
