Just INCREDIBLE to me
How appropriate that the aggressor in both wars, 107 years apart - would tacitly concede defeat at the Chateau de Versailles !
The memorandum of understanding to end hostilities was not, however, in the Hall of Mirrors, but rather before a dinner at the historic French chateau, famous from the time of King Louis XIV.
This classic French architecture style was copied by monarchs all over Europe, seeking to emulate the Sun King's projection of political strength.
Versailles had been used as a hunting lodge by previous French Kings, and the gardens were noteworthy.
But in 1668-9, King Louis XIV decided to turn the estate into the primary royal residence
Here is a painting of what Versailles looked like in 1668

But close enough, though - at least the extremely important American presidential signing occurred on the premises
So perfect !
"Trump signed America’s Versailles in the Hall of Mirrors — same room as Germany’s 1919 humiliating defeat.
Victory for Iran & the Axis of Resistance"

A comment made below by someone about this remarkable success, both in practical terms and heavy symbolic significance.
Though : i never have understood what "troll" means : it's such a stupid word that doesn't directly explain what the person wants to convey.
I would say "Biggest diplomatic FEAT" or "Trick" if that is what the author was trying to say :
"French President Emmanuel Macron pulls off what could be the greatest diplomatic troll of all time by getting Trump to sign the "$300 Billion US Surrender to Iran" deal in... Versailles.
The ignoramus Trump will have been clueless as to the historical significance of the location"
