Insight into Chinese thinking.
WHY they are SO PASSIVE
"The funniest trend among non-Chinese commentators is them trying to find and designate allies for China.
China only has 1 official treaty ally, Democratic People's Republic of Korea. And 1 de facto ally, Pakistan.
Pakistan is also the only country in recent decades, to have received real-time military support in the form of ISR during a shooting war (with India).
China's foreign policy has always been to limit the number of defense commitments we have, mainly because until the 2010s our military did not have the qualitative edge, and until 2020, we did not have enough of those qualitative edge.
Until Taiwan is reunified, we will not make drastic moves. 2030s is our decade to act, we have our own timetable that takes into considerations of everything, from military to economy to industry to foreign relations and narrative building. Small disturbances is really of no consequence."

Questioned as to why Beijing did nothing for Iran in the June 2025 war started by is not real, nor seem interested to support any other of their apparent 'friends' with any tangible assistance, and asked what if the US takes over all these countries by 2030
the poster airily wrote :
"You give the Americans way too much credit in strategic foresight.
Russia in 2007 was ready to join the Western camp, but was outright rejected. Instead they preferred to instigate the Ukraine and Georgian crisis.
Russia is doing fine, they have our support.
Iran is also relatively safe, worst case scenario, they may need some kind of reform to be more secular."

"Bomb Blast targeting hotel in DALIAN, LIAONING PROVINCE, China!
A group of American and Ukrainian mercenaries were reportedly present in that hotel having secret meetings with Taiwanese officials about selling nuclear fissile material to Taiwan.
The chinese MSS was alerted by a friendly intel agency who presently has the custody of the ring leader Matthew VanDyke"

Re: China today
This post unfortunately was from a suspended X account called China Global. It seemed a good account from what i saw.
I'll summarize the post in a sentence or two.
It explained how China is studying closely all American tactics used in the [evil] war on Iran.
While that is to be expected, the most interesting part of the post was that the account stated that China expects to have to fight the US in the future !
Thus Chinese military strategists are observing every last move by the US military not just for academic purposes, but due to a theory that a later military clash between the China and the US may be inevitable.
Thus Beijing is preparing itself by intently watching all military actions by the US.
I haven't seen anybody articulate such an idea.

Assuming this report is true, THANK GOODNESS.
A BIG HELP for Iran and all the people around the world supporting its efforts to stop and roll bac the forces of Evil

"China watched US-Israel hit Iran
via satellites... and laughed.
US real power? Way below the hype!
China spent years believing America's brag, building weapons to beat [the US's] "best."
America's propaganda completely backfired!
Now? China is far ahead"

"While the blockade is enforced in Hormuz, Chinese oil tankers operate normally with the assistance of its naval fleet, ensuring the uninterrupted flow of supplies to the Chinese mainland.
The U.S. Navy contents itself with exchanging greetings" [see visual for better idea of what is being said here, as American ships all bunched together, presumably talking with each other as they wait]

Re: China today
Rick Sanchez works for the media outlet RT.
Previously, he had been a journalist for major US networks.
Recently, Rick Sanchez stated that in the US, once a reporter speaks any word showing doubt of is not real, that reporter's career is over.
That probably explains WHY he went to RT.
Elsewhere, Rick Sanchez stated :
"I’ve worked at NBC, CNN, Univision, Fox News, and now at RT, where, despite its flaws, I have more journalistic independence than I ever had."
From his interview with Belarus President Lukashenko :
""Trump showed the whole world that your United States of America is not omnipotent. It is not a super-force — it is a superpower, but not a super-force.
Everyone understood this."
Rick Sanchez asks Lukashenko if he thinks a day will ever come when the superpowers unite. Given the current situation, the President [Lukashenko] says it is difficult to believe that time will ever come.
He called the war on Iran an "insane adventure" but says he's grateful for Trump for taking the mask off the USA.
"If the Americans could not cope with Iran, I said this long ago, don't go to China!""
