As of yesterday it's official. The church is getting bulldozed... we tried.

What is the latest, have there been offers made ? Apparently not, or you would have mentioned a pending sale

Is the price cheap for that part of Pennsylvania ? Or are all the real estate values depressed ? For that sale price seems so low for ALL that !

I wish a TOC could afford to buy that !
