This is one of the best ones I've found. Many of the uses in the Orthodox West were specific to a cathedral, like the Sarum use, the York use, the Braga use ect. And the specific religious order rites mostly come from local cathedral uses. Also of note here is the Aquileian Rite which was the rite of the region that would become Venice.

I would disagree with the image on a few points. The medieval pre-tridentine roman rite was mixed with the galican rite under Charlemagne, like the Ambrosian Rite, and the Celtic Rite which was also a mix. The Aquileian Rite was a mix of the Alexandrian Rite and the Roman Rite.

It's also missing the Slavonic Use in Croatia, Esztergom Use in Hungary, Trier Use/Cologne Use/Metz Use in Germany, Rouen Use/Paris Use in France, Uppsala Use in Sweden, Beneventan and Sicilian Use, Scottish Use, and the Frankish Use under the Merovingians.
