I was the one who chose to use that photo of course.

What does the photo signify ? I don't get it exactly !
Thanks for the explanation about Fr Peter's switch in attitude toward True Orthodox from callous, dismissive to having to sit up and revise his approach ! Great that he is changing, maybe slowly, though.
He seems SO STUBBORN that THAT by itself is a small miracle - !

Re: Orthodox Ethos-Fr Peter Heers
So will anyone fill us in on the latest thing with Fr. Peter? Sorry, I just don't want to create an account with every Silicon Valley corp under the sun so I'm out of the loop often.
Did he make a video against ecumenism and get ordered to take it down by his EP bishops who simultaneously claim he's not with them? And he actually took it down henoticon-style?
I mean, I have no words. This man is being styled as some great confessor for the truth of Orthodoxy and now I am to understand that he only confesses what heretics approve of him confessing? Not a good position to be in.
“Every one therefore that shall confess me before men, I will also confess him before my Father who is in heaven. But he that shall deny me before men, I will also deny him before my Father who is in heaven.”

It wasn't on his channel but "The Transfigured Life", who ordered it taken down. His latest video is that video, but it's an hour and 20 minutes long. I'm watching it to see if it's worth reviewing.

This is long. I'll just live review it in an hour. I don't think I want to watch this twice.

Re: Orthodox Ethos-Fr Peter Heers
Thank you, Father. It's at least not as bad of Father Peter, then. It's still the same thing--allowing oneself to be silenced in the face of heresy à la henoticon--but I feel less disappointed in an ignorant layman being fooled than for someone who clearly knows better.
I did not know about the second channel.
