I recognized that Icon, but could not think from where. Then some things fell over, and there it was : right on the cover of an Orthodox Word from 2004. Issue 239
The full title given on the Index page is "The Mystical Image of Our Holy Church". The Icon is based on a fresco at the southwestern Athonite Monastery of Zographou. The latter is dedicated to St George, and has a population of 100 % Bulgarian monks [ since 1845 - about the time this fresco was painted ].
