As I have said elsewhere, I returned my Skil saw which never worked at all correctly and after this, vowed to never buy another Skil product ! Whatever would give you the impression that they would elevate a person to the title of CEO of a state (governor) while that individual is still merely in training? Is that what large corporations do? Appoint someone as Chief Executive Officer to run the whole company while they are still only a trainee? Of course not. It is the same with people who are placed in positions of prominence in the political world, such as the governorship.
