So, acupuncture is alright? I saw a chiropractor about 20 years ago. He helped release a jammed shoulder joint. I don't think he used anything spiritual, just his hands. I mean that in the best possible way

Hello Lydia,
Here is what appears to be a Catholic website that discusses their readership's letters and responses to an earlier article on acupuncture. They voice many pros and cons which are interesting to consider.

Hello Symeon,
That's an interesting article. I didn't know there was a connection to the occult and acupuncture. It certaintly seems to help people where conventional medicine cannot.
But chiropracy? That's just manipulating joints so they line up and move properly, isn't it? (worked for me)
I think this "witchcraft" about herbs and oils is nonsense. Makes me wonder about the mental state of these Hierarchs. Besides, don't they want witches and wiccans to join in their one world religion, anyway?

Laughable !
There are so many SOUND therapies listed amongst other strange ones that
this is really beyond imagination in its limited world view of the area of health.
And what about the famous George Vithoukas [spelling] OF GREECE ?
I guess homeopathy, of which he is the world's foremost living authority,
is a new age idea....
What a joke !
The rulers of Western Europe and the British Isles from the 1800s forward til the demise of
their Empires were often sound proponents of homeopathy. So these Emperors and Kings were witches in disguise ?

That's a good point, Lydia. I didn't see that section of the comments til today.
Archimandrite Nilos : What is a "stuss" ? -- !
I didn't read the acupuncture article, but this Chinese system based on millenia-old experience of effective treatment,
which is infinitely MORE complex than pitifully undeveloped allopathic medicine of today.
It works on a deep level which is what is so needed.
I trust in acupuncture a lot, but I wouldn't necessarily rely on it alone.
There is moxabustion in conjunction with the needles on the meridians, which I think is superb.
I happened to find some very old moxa sticks just yesterday.
Try burning them [it's difficult, must be done in a certain way] in a room just by themselves.
I think they purify the air. Anyone can disagree, but there is nothing dark here or with any
use of herbs, which clearly are meant for humans to use to heal. Why would God have
placed them on the earth so abundantly ?
My opinion is that it's up to humans to figure out to effectively employ each particular herb.
Old monasteries in Europe each had their own herb garden, carefully tended by the Benedictines, back
to maybe the 700s. The gardens were placed near the infirmary for easy access to the herbs.
It's a fascinating subject to study. Many of the herbs used today were cultivated by the monks and nuns
for healing purposes.
There is nothing remotely threatening about ANY of these marvelous systems.
Except to the large allopathic industry of today which has brainwashed not only average people but
apparently this Pan-Orthodox Conference as well.

Ha ha! exactly! All nonsense. It seems that anything that the govt cannot tax or industry patent and charge huge prices for, but rather is natural, free, and cheap, is becoming illegal.
Welcome to the NWO!
