The fate of the Christians in Syria

Post by NadirGP »

While people in the western hemisphere are celebrating holidays season [read Christmas] Christians in Syria are being murdered by “rebels” that are sponsored by the Obama administration and his European allied. I have no words to describe these atrocities (done in the name of democracy) against our brothers and sisters.

Here read below:

Devastating Images & Report from the Christian Town of Sadad in Syria – Exclusive

The world media is increasingly losing interest in the foreign-fueled war still raging in Syria between the Assad regime and an assortment of Islamist rebel groups backed by the Obama administration, Sunni Arab dictators, and European powers. For embattled Syrian Christians, though — most of whom tried to stay out of the conflict — reports suggest the situation is deteriorating quickly, with over 1,200 documented murders so far, and almost 500,000 forced to flee their homes to escape the escalating violence and ruthless persecution. The real numbers are probably even worse.

Lord have mercy.

And let us not forget the Christians in Baghdad who were killed in a car bomb blast outside of their church on Dec. 25, 2013.

Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me a sinner.

Maria,

It looks like you are my guardian angel, right on time, and looking after my misspelling.

Thanks anyway.

I feel very bad for them. I wish I could marry a Syrian Orthodox female and thus save her from those problems going on in her home country.

There are several videos of a nun, Sister Hatune Dogan, who aids Christians in Iraq and Syria who are victims of Muslim fanatics.
She recently spoke at a conference where she said that the blood of butchered Christians is bottled and sold to Saudi's who wash their hands in it.

Lydia, the link you gave opens to a questionable video in which a nun, with the use of a computer to stay on track, claims to expose some stories, including her own experience in school, obviously years back, concerning Christians living in Turkey. The presentation seems contrived and for somebody with allegedly personal experience of atrocities, seems largely untouched and quite unemotional. It is obvious that this presentation follows the mainstream media propaganda that says, “All Muslims are extremists and trouble makers.”

Nadir,
Sister Hatune has posted several videos. Watch them. She has a foundation which rescues Christian women in places like Syria, Iraq and Turkey who have been physically, sexually and psychologically brutalized by Muslims who state that their inspiration for committing these acts are Islam, the Qu'ran and Sharia. No-one has said that all Muslims are violent; but to ignore those Muslims who act violently and say that they do so because of their faith is shameful. Orthodox Christians were brutalized under the Muslim yoke for centuries, merely for being Orthodox and telling the truth about Islam. It is still happening today.
Sisiter Hatune has, for many years, been trying to open the eyes and ears of The West to the suffering of Christians around the world. She, unlike you, has no political axe to grind.
I'm sorry her comportment doesn't meet with your approval; she has said that she has cried so profusely for so long that she has no tears left.
