Consecration of His Grace Nektarije, Bishop of Shumadia

On Sunday, the 14/27 of October, at The Paraclete, on the day we celebrate the memory of the Holy Fathers of the Seventh Ecumenical Council, Venerable Mother Paraskeva of Serbia, and the newly-glorified Venerable Mother Catherine of Lesna and Hopovo, the consecration of Hieromonk Nektarije as bishop was performed.
On the previous evening, after the festive Vespers service, the episcopal appellation ceremony was held for Hieromonk Nektarkije, the candidate chosen for the episcopacy by the Church-Laity Council of the Serbian TOC. Upon this occasion, Hieromonk Nektarije gave his appellation address before the bishops.
