Cute ! And TRUE !
Sometimes one wonders WHOM the slick con-artists think they are fooling. Amongst the people themselves,
through word of mouth and passing along ditties like this, a large groundswell probably is aware that things are
"that bad". Hence the term "Luc...care" which I still laugh every time I think of. For it speaks right to the facts.
