Criminal Mind, NCIS, and murder mysteries like these are getting weirder and more satanic day by day.
My husband likes to watch these TV series and wants me to watch them too, but they are so insidious. I would rather go online or read the lives of the saints.

Why is there so much creepy stuff going on out there ? Because people saw it on TV and evil minds got the

The Northern Thebaid which dovetails strangely with a recent famous crime, from the last week.
Yes, I agree, that the shows like that are getting more contrivedly satanic all the time, and as twisted and sick as they can, trying to squeeze the last bit of "shock value" they can out of a bored and desensitised public. Avoid TV.

An old revivalist I knew personally before he died in 1994 at the age of 87, said often, "Entertainment is the devil's substitute for the Joy of the Lord. And the more satisfaction you get out of that dumb thing, the more your Joy will diminish." I have found his words to be entirely correct on this matter. I pray your husband will develop a jealousy for the glory of the Lord that will consume all his interests and free time with that one Holy Desire and preoccupation: the Glory of the Lord and the things of God.
