Letters sent to Obama and the Michigan Senator are related. FBI confirms it is the deadly Ricin.

• WASHINGTON -- Police swept across the U.S. Capitol complex to chase a flurry of reports of suspicious packages and envelopes today after preliminary tests indicated poisonous ricin in two letters sent to President Barack Obama and a Mississippi senator.

Suspect has been arrested. Hopefully, this is not disinformation as was the case in the Boston Marathon Massacre.

• The suspect has been identified as 45-year-old Paul Kenneth Curtis of Tupelo, Miss., a source told Fox News. Tupelo is also the hometown of Wicker and his wife.
