Lord have mercy.
Is he still a priest?
Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me a sinner.

Yes, he is, it is very sad
Yes, I remember that name.
Is he still with Rocor-V ? Archbishop Vladimir must be having some upsetting moments.
This is a big case apparently.
What nationality is this "Fr Kirill Bart" as people used to call him for the sake of ease.
Is the last name russian or Serbian with the "-vitch" spelling ?

Lord have mercy, Lord have mercy, Lord have mercy.
Maybe he can bargain with the authorities to go to a monastery such as the one in Serbia.
Worth a try anyway.

Dear in Christ, Barbara:
He is Russian-American, I think. His personality was always quite volatile and wrathful, he has had enough bad episodes on the Internet (eg, in "Paradosis") Even some of his own ROCOR-V fellows asked the then Bp. Vladimir to ban him (he was a deacon in that time) to write on the Internet, but nothing was done, but even was ordained as priest by the late ROCOR-V Bp. Sergiy (Kindiakov)
As good thing we can say is a very active and concerned priest not only among Russians but also among Americans. Nevertheless, We must recognize this.

Yes, dear Maria, that you say is the right thing to do. But knowing ROCOR-V, the whole thing is difficult with them, they have always been characterized to be quite unstables as for the church laws.
