The Church of England reopened the most divisive issue in Anglicanism
tonight by unexpectedly announcing that openly homosexual men could become bishops,
providing they are celibate.
The timing of the decision took both supporters and opponents of homosexual bishops

by surprise and threatens to plunge the Anglican Church into renewed infighting over the thorny issue of sexual orientation.

That's the DEVIL at work overturning the rules.

Remember the article I posted a month or two ago said that this situation would not be examined
for another 10 YEARS ?

How did THIS gross event occur ?
UK has gone down the tubes.

The church of 'pick n' mix' appears incoherent and perverse in wrestling with this whole issue. It's position will please neither their so-called traditionalists or the hapless modernists. It is sad but predictable that this withered vine appears destined to be more a congregation committed to the mores and values of this world, increasingly distancing itself from anything recognisable as Christian.

Exactly. Cafeteria Christians are not really Christians as they are no longer following the narrow path that leads to salvation, but the wide path that leads to damnation. Lord have mercy on them and save them.
